I have rooted BlueStacks Android App emulator for Windows OS. So you can do any changes in that software. But still In IIT-B proxy network you have to follow some changes.
1==> First You Download and Install this Rooted BlueStacks from here

3==> Here you done installation of emulator.
4 ==> Then you get another software ProxyCap. To give "https" based proxy to BlueStacks.

In actual you are creating one " https " proxy profile. Which will be redirected to Android Apps installed in BlueStacks. Proxy profile image 1st.
Now redirect different programs using this profile.
7 ==> Programs which you are seeing in Image 7 get those from Original Folder where software has been installed. example --> "C:\Program Files (x86)\BlueStacks"
8==> And Finally Get your WhatsApp here :

10==> For registering on WhatsApp put your mobile number and Wait for Exactly 5 mins. After 5 mins put 6 digit confirmation code which is received on your mobile handset.
